I have 4yr old Twin boys, they first watched the 1st Ghost Rider movie in 2012 & they liked it so much that it became a routine to watch that movie every night when they went to bed. They like it so much we had to put it on their birthday gift list & they got 2 copies. The Christmas that year they wanted Ghost Rider motorcycles we got them some battery powered kids scooter (motorcycle looking style) when they got them Christmas Eve they immediately called them Ghost Rider motorcycles!! We have went through 3 copies of the 1st movie & are looking to buy a New copy because none of the other ones will play anymore. Last year for their birthday they wanted a Ghost Rider Birthday Party, I have been unsuccessful trying to find any type of decorations etc that would work for a kids birthday party. I have searched for & had no luck finding anything not a cake topper or even a toy that could pass for one, I am not even able to find any Ghost Rider toys at all. All my boys want for their big #5 Birthday is a Ghost Rider party, cake, & a Ghost Rider toy. If anyone has anything they are willing to loan, donate, or sell or know of someone who has anything PLEASE HELP!!! I want so much to make this Birthday one they will remember for years. My boys love this movie so much that they have played as "Johnny & Carter" alot, they have ropes "chains & fire" ....they even went so far as when spring came & they finally could go out to play to tell all the neighbor kids they met that their names were Johnny & Carter and that if anyone needed help to holler Johnny, Johnny Blaze! Lol! I have 2 die hard Ghost Rider Fans!!!! If anyone has any suggestions or any items I am a Momma who wants to give her little boys the best 5th Birthday ever & make it one to remember. I am open to suggestions, if anyone knows how to contact the people from the movie I will try anything! It would be Absolutely Awesome if I could get some stuff to make this happen for them. We have a limited income & my husband has alot of health problems & has just recently had his 3rd Heart Attack in 4 years, we spend alot of time at Dr's & Hospitals. We need every bit of Happiness we can get! My boys deserve a Wonderful Birthday! Thank Y'all for Reading!!

So I'm sure some of you have heard about the sequel to the Ghost Rider move. A month ago I saw a pic of Cage and a Kid- the kid is supposed to be Danny Ketch. I'm really curious on how they're gonna tie him into the movieverse. Any thoughts?

also to anyone who has been playing Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and seen Dante's ending.....awesome.

Hello all!  I was beginning to think I was one of the few Ghost Rider fans out there.  Then I came across this sight, very cool!

I wrote an essay examining the concept of duality with comparisons drawn between Marvel Comics' Ghost Rider and Robert Louis Stevenson's Victorian novella The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. This probably falls under the tl;dr category, but I thought I'd share it anyway.

Dualism and Demonology: Analyzing the Ghost Rider

I need a beta for a Ghost Rider (movieverse) fic. Ghost Rider/Blackheart, PG 13, 850 words. All I need is a grammar & punctuation check.

Anyone willing?

after a rather erratic posting schedule leading up to the holidays (and then a dark void through the passing of the old year into the new), i am back to more regularly updating my Ghost Rider blog over at Comic Book Chronicles.

i'm still chronicling Marvel Spotlight, but soon will hit Ghost Rider no. 1, with lots of interior panel art, commentary, and, of course, paper dolls!  If you haven't dropped by for a while, feel free to pop in and see what's been building.

Exclusive Ghost Rider 2 update @ Collider.com

Here's a summary as posted at SSH!:

– Mark Steven Johnson is not directing the sequel

– Eva Mendes will not return as Roxanne Simpson

– Ghost Rider 2 (or Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance) will be a hard PG-13

– The film is going to take place in Europe

– De Luca is open to David Goyer directing the sequel but it all comes down to his very busy schedule

– Says the sequel will be like "pushing the reset button" on the franchise

– As you might expect from the success of Avatar, Ghost Rider 2 might be done in 3D

– Says Goyer has just delivered his updated outline to the studio

– And says Ghost Rider 2 could easily be in front of the cameras this year

The reset button? Not really a sequel then, is it? Guess 'reboot' didn't exactly turn out to be the buzz word they had hoped (see: Punisher: War Zone, The Incredible Hulk) and I haven;'t seen anything that says that Cage isn't still attached so I guess it can't be a true reboot if he's still on board. Still, doesn't bode well for fans of the first movie. And no Eva Mendes FAIL, in my opinion.

I don't know how many of you have heard of TV Tropes, but the idea behind it is that every cliche or often-used character type, plot device, etc. deserves a name, explanation, and examples given. Kind of like when people use the phrase "Jump the Shark" to signify when something has outstayed its welcome and is no longer entertaining, just as an example.

Well, Ghost Rider has a page. Now remember that anything poking fun is typically meant in just that vein: fun. I just thought this would be a neat thing for us fans of the movie to look over. And an excuse to post something over here for once. ;) Enjoy!
